The terms of service of vaccination
1. GENERALITIES
1.1. In these Conditions, the terms are used in the following meanings:
The contractor Health centre «Dovira»
The customer is an individual who has applied to the Contractor for the purpose of receiving services, or, in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, its legal representative.
Confirmatory actions-actions that indicate the customer's consent to comply with the provisions set out on the contractor's website and these terms. Such actions may include: registering the Customer on the Contractor's Website, ordering services using the Contractor's Website, starting the actual use of the services, paying for the services, or other actions that indicate the Customer's consent to these Terms.

1.2. These Conditions are developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine in order to regulate relations arising from the provision of vaccination services by the Contractor to the Customer/
1.3. These Terms and conditions are available for review on the Contractor's Website and take effect from the moment they are published on the Website. The terms and conditions and/or their individual provisions may be changed by the Contractor with mandatory notification to the Customer by publishing them on the Website. Changes made by the Contractor will take effect from the moment they are published on the Site. The customer must familiarize himself with them before ordering services. Continuing to use the services or ordering new services indicates that the Customer agrees to the amended Terms and conditions.
1.4. By performing Confirmatory actions, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions and the price List of the Contractor, and also provides their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the privacy Policy posted on the Contractor's website.
2. PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING AND PAYING FOR VACCINATION SERVICES
2.1. The cost of services provided by the Contractor to the Customer is determined in accordance with the price List of the Contractor in force on the date of payment by the Customer for the relevant services.
2.2. Payment for services is made by the Customer in advance (preliminary) payment by transferring the full cost of the corresponding service according to the price List of the Contractor in the national currency of Ukraine to the Bank account of the Contractor.
2.3. The deadline for providing the vaccination service is set by the Contractor independently and is reported to the Customer when paying for the corresponding service.
2.4. The customer is obliged to contact the Contractor and receive the vaccination service within the time limit set by the Contractor in accordance with clause 2.3. this condition. If the customer does not receive the vaccination service within the specified period, the Contractor has the right to refuse to provide the corresponding service, and the reservation is considered canceled. The refund of the paid funds for the unused service is carried out exclusively in the manner and within the time limits specified in clause 2.5. this condition.
2.5. The customer is entitled to a refund of the money paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment for the vaccination service. Refunds are made on the basis of a written request from the Customer, in which the Customer must specify their passport details and add a copy of the passport and a receipt or receipt to the specified application. In the absence of a receipt or receipt, the Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer a refund of funds paid in accordance with this Agreement. The refund period is 10 (ten) banking days from the moment the contractor receives the application for a refund.
