Form of cooperation:

• - Actual contract (the Customer determines the list of medical services provided to employees at the expense of the organization, and pays for the rendered medical services upon their provision);
• - Advance contract (fixed annual cost of medical care is calculated individually, based on the number of employees of the organization, whose service is expected, and the cost of services per employee);
• - Service on complex programs of examination and improvement (Check Up);
• - Contract for specific types of medical services.

Also, it is possible to provide medical services under the contract of the Customer with the insurance company (optional) in the framework of voluntary medical insurance.
