Payment and delivery

delivery in Ukraine is carried out through the carrier "Nova poshta" on the system "warehouse-warehouse".

•  with cash on delivery, ie You pay for the goods upon receipt of the parcel in the office of the company "Nova poshta". 
•   you can pay for the goods on the PrivatBank card before sending it.

  When ordering by phone or on the website, you need to specify the city and the number of the warehouse of the New mail, where You want to receive the parcel, the name and mobile phone number of the person who will receive the goods.

After sending the parcel, we send an SMS with the Declaration number to the recipient's mobile number. You can track the movement of Your parcel by Declaration number here www.novaposhta.ua

the recipient will also be informed about the arrival of the goods to the warehouse via SMS. To receive the goods, you need to know the Declaration number and present your passport.
